Bugulmara
Although they do not appear on the AIATSIS Map of Indigenous Australia , Norman Tindale's Aboriginal Tribes of Australia places the Bugulmara (alternatively, Boogoolmurra and possibly Balgalu) on 8,000 square kilometres around Croydon, noting that they were displaced very early by the development of mining there.
Tindale suggests they were related to the Maikulan (AIATSIS Map of Indigenous Australia: Mayi-Kulan), on whose northern bounds they held a poorly defined territory, and suggests they were probably the same people as the Balgalu, who Lamont West placed in the Gregory Ranges. However, Peter Sutton gives Balgulu as a synonym for Barrgul, which the Ngawun applied to the Mbara
